2/8/10
In Attendance: Christianne Bakewell, Nico Rossetti, Rachel Solis, Alex Oliver, Geoff Ramler, Lauren Forschino, Hanna Spence-Schehr, Emily Forest, Anna Vitale, Brad Bultman, Alli Ritter, Haleigh Sakas, Michi Abrahamzon, Jessica Hennessey, Courtney Early, Antoinette Lilley.
I. Officer Reports
a. No officer reports.
II. Committees
a. Kaleidoscope- Confirmed date: 2/19 Christensen Elementary from 9:15-11:15 AM.
b. Day Camp- Tentative date: 4/11 from 9 AM- 2 PM. We’ll be doing four 1 hour sessions on make-up/costumes, performance, writing, technical aspects. Romeo and Juliet is the play we’ll be using. The camp will be targeted at high school students. We’ll be sending out fliers to local high schools.
c. Outreach to Ed.- Every month we’ll be teaching a game during the meeting. On 2/22 we’ll be handing out fliers in the Ed building from 9-10:30 AM & 12-1:30. Sign up for a time next week!
III. New Business
a. Girl Scouts- We’ve been asked to perform a fairytale for Flagstaff’s Girl Scouts. New committee formed: Michi*, Haleigh, Emily, Lauren, Jessica.
b. Nursing Home/Rehab Center- We’ve been asked to come and entertain the elderly. New committee formed: Antoinette*, Anna, Emily, Hannah.
IV. Miscellaneous
a. The Vagina Monologues will be playing 2/11-2/13 at 7:30 PM in the Cline Library Auditorium. Tickets are $10 for NAU students if bought in advance at the box office in the Union, otherwise they’ll be $12 at the door. They’re $15 for everyone else.

a. Director- None.
b. Stage Manager- None.
c. Business Manager- None.
d. House Managers- $30 made on Miscast concessions.
e. Public Relations- None.
f. Technical Director- Miscast was recorded and will be uploaded onto Youtube and streamed onto the ETC website.
II. Committees
a. Outreach to Ed.- Have not met yet.
b. Kaleidoscope- We have a confirmed date with Christensen Elementary 2/19 at 9:15 AM. The idea was brought up of doing shows for the elderly as well.
c. Day Camp- We’re setting up a new committee. Members include: Nico, Courtney, Lauren, Anna, Brad, Antoinette, Christianne.
d. Workshop- No new news.
III. Miscast Debriefing
a. We made a little over $200 for BCEFA.
b. We’ve heard mainly good things back.
c. Ideas for next year
i. Set date for Miscast and a rehearsal day.
ii. The emcees should say more about BCEFA at the beginning of the show.
iii. Make sure we have an accompanist further before Miscast.
iv. Think about doing a performance in the amphitheater outside the Union and handing out fliers.
v. Check out the on campus post office’s program that lets student organizations put fliers in student mailboxes.
vi. Take minutes at Miscast meetings.
IV. Miscellaneous
a. Voted to reimburse Courtney $22.48 and Anna $45.54.
b. AZP New Works is this Saturday, February 6th at 7 PM in the Studio Theater.

d. House Managers- Christmas Carol concessions sold out. Currently in search for a new table for concessions in the studio.
e. Public Relations- Planning on fixing the ETC board.

II. Committees
a. Workshop- We received a thank you from Linda Phillips for our work at Thespian Conference.
b. Kaleidoscope- Letters have been sent out to local schools inviting them to participate.
c. Miscast- We have a booth in the Union from 12-2 PM and 5-7 PM on January 25th.
III. New Business
a. On January 23rd there will be 65 6th graders here who want workshops. People who are free to assist: Nico, Hanna, Meghan, Anna, Courtney E, Christianne.

a. We need to buy a table for concessions in the Studio Theatre. The current table is a fire hazard.
